We quit our jobs (both of us are physios working for big hospital systems), sold our stuff, gave up our apartment lease, packed 45L backpacks, and purchased one-way tickets out of the USA!
And we (Chris) created a blog to document our big adventure! And Marlene hates its name. But she will learn to love it. And since Marlene is barely aware this blog exists, we (Chris) won’t worry!

So many immunizations! Rabies, Japanese encephalitis, typhoid, tdap boosters, Covid boosters. We thought rabies was overkill until Chris got bit by a cat a few weeks later…
